Refund & Return Policy

At Madhuraj Trading Company (Brand – The All Day Perfume), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement as per the terms mentioned below.

At All Day Perfume, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product is packed with care, but if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy will guide you.


 

Returns

    • Products are eligible for return within 48 Hrs.

    • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at thealldayperfume@gmail.com with your order details.



Exchanges

    • Exchanges are available only for the same product or another fragrance of equal value, subject to stock availability.

    • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement.



Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

    • Refunds are not applicable on sale items, discounted products, or gift cards.



Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened/used perfumes

    • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

    • Gift cards and vouchers



Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product:

    1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    1. Share photos/video proof with our support team.

    1. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.



Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged/incorrect at the time of delivery.
