5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, used perfumes cannot be returned.
Refunds will be initiated after inspection and processed within 7–10 working days.
Damaged or defective products must be reported immediately with an unboxing video/photo.
